Postponement Policies
For any postponement following conditions/clauses apply.
  • If the postponement is done 90 days prior to the event the entire booking amount will be applied to the new date. A 10% rebooking charges will be applied.
  • If the postponement is done 75 days prior to the event, 75% of the rent paid will be applied to the new date in the event of the hall being rebooked for the original (first) booking date else the payment made will be retained by SMB.
  • If the postponement is done 60 days prior to the event, 60% of the rent paid will be applied to the new date in the event of the hall being rebooked for the original (first) booking date else the payment made will be retained by SMB.
  • If the postponement is done less than 60 days prior to the event, 50% of the rent paid will be applied to the new date in the event of the hall being rebooked for the original (first) booking date else the payment made will be retained by SMB.

However at SMB, we value your business & happiness and hence will be open to consider the circumstances for which you are postponing the event and will try to work with you to your satisfaction and refund as much as possible within or beyond our above guidelines.
